Kevin Pietersen has been in a lot of news since last year. He has managed to grab the headline with his performances as well as his tiff with the ECB. The South African-born English cricketer has been in a blazing form in recent times and there have been a lot of voice for his inclusion in the English team after he was removed for disciplinary issues and differences with few teammates.

The upcoming World T20 was seen as a possibility for his comeback in the team after a magnificent stint with the BBL franchise Melbourne Stars last year. But, the certainty of his inclusion was quashed by skipper Morgan this week through a tweet.

The England and Wales Cricket Board clarified its stance about Kevin Pietersen after his name was not found in the 15-man squad named to tour India next month for the mega event. Twitter began to quickly buzz with people criticizing ECB as well as also not leaving any opportunity in mocking Kevin Pietersen.

A reaction from the free-spirited cricketer was obvious and within an hour of the news, it was visible on his Twitter account. The street smart cricketer clearly played down the whole incident by not paying heed to anything and instead mentioned shock at the exclusion of Luke Wright. KP also posted a series of tweets mocking the selections decisions.

The best moment came when a fan tried to make fun of him saying ‘”Sour grapes for breakfast KP.”

KP had the best reply to it and tweeted “Haven’t had breakfast yet and it’s 1400h. Just ordered it actually, a chicken burger. No fruits today.”
