Twitter Reactions: England steal a thrilling win on the last ball in the 2^nd T20I: The second T20I of the 3-match T20I series between Pakistan and England was set up perfectly to be a thriller as the visitors batting first put up a challenging 172 for the loss of 8 wickets in their quota of 20 overs. It was Jos Buttler who was leading the English team today as Eoin Morgan rested himself. James Vince once again scored and his 38 was the best for his team today. Among other contributors Buttler made 33, while Jason Roy and Joe Root scored 29 and 20 respectively. Pakistan who have been tentative chasers and are never sure what is a target they can chase without making the fans bite off their nails once again took the game to the last over but were not able to finish it off positively.

For a change Pakistan had a solid start to their innings as openers Ahmed Shehzad and Rafatullah Mohmand put up a 50 runs partnership and set up the chase perfectly for the hosts. But once they lost 6 wickets for 120 runs in 16.4 overs the game almost looked over for them. Boom-Boom Shahid Afridi exchanged the place in the middle with Shoaib Malik and hit the first ball that he faced for a six.

He stayed there for just 8 balls but hit 24 runs with 3 sixes and a four and that was the phase where England not just lost the momentum of the innings, Afridi almost put Pakistan at the doorsteps of the win. But with 11 required in the last over Chris Woakes made sure his team continued their dominance in the limited overs format and won the match by 7 runs and the series 2-0.
