The fans are excited about the second leg of the IPL 2021. Unfortunately, the tournament has been suspended because of rising COVID cases. Now, the rest half of the tournament will be conducted in the UAE. Maybe, this might be the last time that the fans will see some of their favorite players.

This is because of the upcoming mega auction in 2022. The teams are allowed to retain four players only. This might result in some forceful axing for youngsters. Well, this will also kick start an exciting phase in their career.

If axed, these players will most likely play for another franchise. This can change their career as playing under different situations might bring the best out of them. Just like in the case of Suryakumar Yadav, since he returned to the MI squad in 2018, he has been phenomenal. Well, let us have a look at

Manish Pandey was one of the members of the Under 19 national team the went on to win the 2008 World Cup. He is a stylish batsman who was a part of the Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bangalore. Currently, he is a middle-order batsman for the Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Manish has a plethora of IPL experience. In 151 games, he has scored 3461 runs. But, the main issue with his batting is his strike rate. In the IPL, he has a mediocre strike rate of 121.78.

With the Sunrisers placed at the bottom of the table, the management might be looking for someone else with more strike rate. This is because sometimes, Manish might get too slow, as a result of which other batsmen come under humongous pressure. Most probably, it is time for Manish to find another franchise.
