12 eyeballs grabbing incidents in the IPL: IPL has been a joyful ride which only got better every year. The league has of course created abuzz for its cricketing action. But apart from the game, IPL has always been in news for other reasons, here are a few of those which happened on the field and highlighted the other side of things. This certainly went against the bowlers wish and he picked up an argument with the umpires and situation turned out so worse that Tall fast bowler refused to continue bowling knowing that his behaviour is not to the liking of the captain and the other members of the team. 5. Kieron Pollard vs Dwayne Bravo: The duo from West Indies is the most fun loving players one would come across. But the audiences witnessed the other side of their behaviour when the two entered into a heated discussion. Pollard was out on a Dwayne Bravo delivery and after the fall of the wicket Bravo signaled in an ugly fashion and said that he should be taking the next flight home, if he continues to play like he did. 6. Ambati Rayudu vs Harshal Patel: Ambati Rayudu, the Mumbai Indians batsman, was celebrating the victory over Royal Challengers and passed comments that made the fast bowler Harshal Patel furious. He charged towards Rayudu in anger and then his teammates stopped him. The incident took place in IPL 2012 for which both the players got slapped with a fine for their misbehaviours by the IPL authorities. 7. On this occasion, while bowling the ultimate over, he was involved in a verbal fight with Amit Mishra and Shikar Dhawan. The event occurred after a delivery from Patel was hit for a six by Dhawan. The next few balls, he got hit for a couple of boundaries by Mishra and the tall fast bowler has lost his temper and glared at Mishra. Both the players exchanged unpleasant stares and the umpire had to come in to get the situation under control. 8 David Warner vs Kieron Pollard: Pollard has always been someone who is very expressive on the field. He blew a kiss to the Australian on the field and followed it up with a few dot balls to the left-hander. Later on when Pollard bowled a delivery and Warner tried to smash it away, but all he could manage was to edge it. Pollard then walked up to him to say something, in response to which Warner blew a flying kiss to Pollard. Pollard walked back to his position smiling to bowl the next delivery 9. Later they both entered into a verbal spat, and the umpires and fielding captain had to step in to stop the fight. 10. Apparently, the guards were rude to the children and SRK got furious due to which he got involved into a brawl. He was later handed over a ban from entering the Wankhade stadium. 11. He tapped his mouth after he was warned by the on-field umpires for sledging and exchanging words with Chris Gayle. Pollard was asked not to go anywhere close to the batsman and not to speak a word. He had to peel the tape off whenever he wanted to converse with his teammates on the field. This move of Pollard brought a smile on everybody’s face on the field and off the field as well. 12. Starc charged up to delivery another challenge ran in and while he was right at his delivery stride Pollard pulled off and since he was annoyed Mitch decided to continue with the delivery, the batsman was burning with anger for it and charged with his bat and swung it in the bowler’s direction. The two of them were charged 50 and 75% off the match fees for the same.
