7. Sarfaraz Khan (IND)
Indian cricketer Sarfaraz Khan has stunned and impressed many with his fitness transformation, losing 17kg in just over two months. His transformation was a result of a strict high-protein, low-carb diet. Under the guidance of his father Naushad Khan, Sarfaraz gave up rice, roti, sugar, and flour, replacing them with grilled chicken, fish, boiled eggs, salads, sprouts, and green tea.
Though known to be a biryani lover, Sarfaraz skipped cheat meals. He recently posted a gym selfie that went viral. The right-handed batter who made his Test debut in 2024 against England has featured in six Test matches and hammered 371, including a 150 against New Zealand.
