With the passage of time, the cricketing fans have witnessed some of the best talents represent their nation. Their aura brought the game of cricket into the limelight and they can be termed as the pioneers of gentlemen’s game. For Indian batting, the God of Cricket was a torchbearer for almost two decades. The right-hander caressed even the greatest of bowlers with ease and in the process, he broke every possible batting record. Sachin was one of the chief architects when the nation won its second World Cup in 2011. At the peak of his powers, Master’s batting grace kept the entire cricketing world in a trance and now his life is inspiring millions of youngsters.

Such is his popularity that when he retired fans wept for days and wished for another Tendulkar donning the Indian jersey. Their prayers were answered when Arjun Tendulkar got selected in the Mumbai U-19 squad. The youngster is a left-arm pacer and has already played for the Indian U-19 side.

A couple of months ago he was showcasing his talent in the Mumbai T20 league. Nowadays Arjun has been sharpening his skills in England as he has been a net bowler for sides like Australia and England in the 2019 World Cup. It will be a fairytale if the Indian bowling mantle is taken forward by the junior Tendulkar in the coming years.
