The burly Jamaican is considered a messiah of T20 cricket. Having played in leagues around the world, he has contributed a great deal in making the format such a huge hit. He played a memorable knock for the Windies in the team’s opening encounter against England. In a tricky run-chase, he hammered a belligerent hundred that deflated the English hopes. He will return to the same venue and should again enjoy the conditions on offer. His duel with Ravichandran Ashwin will be the one to watch out for. He announced that he is up for the challenge and will be prepared mentally to face any bowler. The Indian will have to take his wicket early if they are to win this match.
