Celebrity couple Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma have stated that they will keep their child away from the social media glare. There have been a number of occasions when both Anushka and Kohli have requested the media not to take pictures of their daughter.

And now, Anushka Sharma has taken to Instagram to thank the Indian paparazzi for not posting photos of Vamika. Anushka also requested the media for their continued support regarding this matter.

Anushka Sharma also requested the media for the privacy of her child and stated that she would like her daughter to live her life freely. She concluded by stating that it was highly mature of the media to not circulate pictures of her daughter.

Virat Kohli is currently in South Africa to gear up for the Protean challenge

Virat Kohli and the Indian cricket team have travelled to South Africa, for their hugely awaited Protean challenge. India’s tour of South Africa will kick off with a three-match Test series, the first of which will commence on 26th December 2021 at Centurion.

After the Test series, India will lock horns with the South African outfit in three ODI matches as well. Ahead of the South African tour, Virat Kohli was removed as the captain of the Indian ODI side as well, and Rohit Sharma will now lead the ‘Men in Blue’ in limited-overs cricket.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) put out a tweet in this regard. “The All-India Senior Selection Committee also decided to name Mr Rohit Sharma as the Captain of the ODI & T20I teams going forward,” read the tweet from the BCCI.
