Chennai Super Kings is one of the most successful teams in the IPL. They hold the record of most appearances in the IPL playoffs (ten) and have made it to the playoffs in each season they have featured in the league. With all ups and downs, the team is still moving with all enthusiasm. But, it looks like they are well aware of the fact that with years progressing their players are becoming older and could pick young players for their team in the upcoming auction.

The Chennai-based franchise is led by MS Dhoni, who is regarded as one of the best skippers across the globe. He has made them win three IPL trophies with two champions league titles. But, the team got suspended for a span of two years by the Supreme Court-appointed Lodha committee and marked their return back in 2018.

‘Any changes in CSK?’

CSK has a massive fan following in the country and across the globe. When they attended the auction after coming out of the ban, they picked a team that looked pretty experienced with senior players. They had more than 10 players in the team, who were in the early thirties. In the same season, their players defied the age factor and went on to win the title and shocked everyone through their astonishing performances.

In IPL 2019 also they reached finals but lost it against Mumbai Indians. And, now when the auction of the upcoming season is just a couple of months away, the fans are excited to know the strategy of their favorite team for IPL 2020.

Recently, out of curiosity a fan took to his Twitter handle, in order to ask CSK a question about the changes in the team for the upcoming season as the trade window is open until the 15th of November and wrote, “@ChennaiIPL any changes in CSK team?”

And, CSK delighted the fan with their reply and wrote, “Yes. The Daddies Army will be a year older,”. It also looked like they are fully prepared for the auction that is scheduled to take place in Kolkata on December 19.
