Asia Cup 2025 Points Table
The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced the schedule for the Asia Cup 2025, which will be hosted in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The tournament will open on September 9, 2025, with Afghanistan taking on Hong Kong at Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
The eight participating teams have been divided into two groups. Group A consists of India, Pakistan, UAE, and Oman, while Group B features Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong.
Each group will follow a round-robin format, with teams earning two points for a win, zero for a loss, and one point each if a match is abandoned due to rain. In the event of a points tie, the Net Run Rate (NRR) will determine which team advances.
The top two teams from each group will progress to the Super Four stage, where they will again play each other under the same points system. The top two teams in the Super Four will meet in the final, which scheduled for September 28, 2025, at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
