And at last, we saw an end of a run-fisting series with a win of India in which there were 11 centuries scored by different batsmen and total 3159 runs scored from 12th January to 23rd January. From rise of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli in Indian cricket to arrival of Mannish Pandey and Jasprit Bumrah as we can say that these are the positives for India I the series while Steven Smith was once again looked deviant from others alongside George Bailey and David Warner who have also performed well in the series to help Australia to win the series by 4-1.
While we had witnessed so many outstanding performances in the series by different players so let’s take a look at how the combined XI of both these teams (from players who have played minimum two matches in the series) look:
1. David Warner
For a man who needs no introduction as we know him as “The Pocket Size Dynamo” who now became certainly an adroit with his thinking while constructing his innings and numbers are with him which proves that he really is now considered as the main stray of Australian batting line up in the ODI format along with skipper Steven Smith and George Bailey. He has scored 220 runs in 3 matches with an average of 73.33 and a strike rate of 102.33.
