Manchester, Madrid, and Milan host the most famous derbies in Football, but when it comes to cricket, its the battle of the Sydney Clubs that triggers a lot of excitement. Sydney Thunder and Sydney Sixers have got the beautiful city divided and when they collide, there’s no dearth in drama.

The Men in Pink have the upper hand in their rivalry thus far, winning nine out of the thirteen games overall. But in their previous six clashes, Thunder have registered four wins and will be eager to take the mantle ahead. The two big English recruits Joe Root and Jos Buttler will be their main men for this contest.

Moises Henriques and his side registered a clinical win with Daniel Hughes and Jordan Silk doing their bit with the bat against the Scorchers. Their bowlers too did a fabulous job and are riding high on confidence going into the game.
