Now, in their third encounter this season, the team will be up against the Adelaide Strikers. Compared to the Sydney Thunder, it is a slightly different story with the Adelaide Strikers.

While the hosts play their third game already, the Strikers will play their first match this season. The Strikers have had a forgettable season that last time around. They won only six out of the 14 games that they played in BBL 2018-19 and thus finished last second on the points table. This time, however, they would hope to turn things around and churn out better performances.

Pitch and Conditions

The rest of the line-up will look pretty much the same and they will look to bring out yet another clinical performance.

Peter Siddle, Billy Stanlake and Harry Conway will be the pacers while Matthew Short and Cameron Valente will be the all-rounders. Regular captain Travis Head won’t be there for this fixture.
