Bollywood Star pleasured to meet MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni has been one of the most renowned names in the history of Indian cricket. He made his debut versus Bangladesh back in 2004 and hasn’t looked back ever since. He used to employ an aggressive outlook when he first forayed in international cricket in the limited-over matches. The approach immediately gained him massive fandom across the world.

His swashbuckling style of play captured the imaginations of every cricket fan and he became an idol of many budding cricketers and heartthrob of the female fraternity. His golden-streaked hair also became a style statement and he made the headlines more frequently than any other Indian cricketer, obviously for the right reasons. However, he changed his personality as his career progressed.

Dhoni’s glorious career

He captained the T20 team in the 2017 World T20 and won them the title. Thereafter, he helped his team win the tri-series in Australia and there was no stopping the veteran from there onwards. He also went on to become the Test captain after Anil Kumble decided to hang his boots. He also shortened his hair, which again went viral amongst the young generation.

He also won India the World Cup after 28 years and then helped his team to the Champions Trophy win in England in 2013. The 36-year old also led the team to number one in the Test rankings. He has also tasted quite a bit of success in the Indian Premier League for the Chennai Super Kings. Recently, he aided the franchise to carve a championship victory.

He has been the skipper of the team ever since the inaugural season and he hasn’t faltered for them. Apart from CSK’s home ground, Dhoni has also conjured roars even from other venues across the IPL venues. Recently, Sonu Sood, a popular actor from the Southern film industry and the villain of the Salman Khan-starrer Dabangg, met Dhoni and was ecstatic to rub shoulders with him.

He took to Twitter and expressed his delight. He wrote, “Was pleasure meeting u my brother @msdhoni keep ruling”
