The second edition of Shpageeza Cricket League will commence from 18th July.
24-year old fast bowler Ronsford Beaton got his maiden T20 call-up to form a 13-man squad which will face Afghanistan at home.
The Afghanistan Cricket Board have auctioned 6 franchises for a 10-day franchise-based T20 cricket league to be held in Kabul from July 18-28.
"I'm looking forward to playing in BBL if I get a chance," Rashid said.
The Pakistan Cricket Board are supposedly looking to rope Younis Khan into the Under-19 set-up following his retirement.
West Indies are placed just one above Afghanistan in the ODI team rankings.
"Unfortunately, there's hardly any time to meet them. There's very little time between matches, while we have to travel a lot as well," he quoted.
He wants to now feature in various T20 leagues around the world to grow his experience.
"Naturally, the inclusion of Afghan players in the IPL will have an impact on our cricket," he quoted.
