6. Vikram Rathour and Ashish Kapoor

Vikram Rathour and Ashish are two former cricketers from Punjab and are also brothers-in-law. Rathour, who guided Punjab to their only Ranji Trophy title in 1992-93. At the same time, his brother-in-law, Ashish Kapoor, an off-spinner, earned a spot in India’s 1996 World Cup squad and played a handful of Tests and ODIs.
Despite their limited runs at the highest level, both have transitioned into coaching roles. Kapoor took up a selector’s role for India A and U-19 teams, while Rathour is a former India batting coach and is currently associated with Rajasthan Royals in the IPL.
