2. Mayank Yadav
Mayank Yadav from Delhi clocked 156.7 kmph during a Lucknow Super Giants match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in IPL 2024. That delivery is the second-fastest ball bowled by an Indian in IPL history. In the same match, he conceded only 14 runs across his four overs. One of his other notable deliveries came against Shikhar Dhawan, where he registered 155.8 kmph.
From his IPL debut, Mayank consistently bowled above 150 kmph, making him one of the most closely watched young fast bowlers in the country. His ability to sustain that pace over entire spells, rather than producing isolated quick deliveries, sets him apart.
