However, IPL 2025 was one of their most disappointing campaigns as they finished at the bottom of the points table with only four wins. Having previously been part of the CSK setup, he understands the franchise’s culture. Over the past couple of domestic seasons, Jagadeesan has been in terrific form, especially in the shorter formats. His ability to anchor the innings and accelerate when needed makes him a dependable option in the middle order. Moreover, he can serve as a backup wicketkeeper, providing flexibility in team combinations. Although he has limited IPL experience, his current form and domestic performances make him a strong candidate for a comeback in the yellow jersey. Seifert has gained vast experience by playing in T20 leagues around the world, including the CPL, BBL, and The Hundred. In international cricket, Seifert has scored 1788 runs in 70 T20I innings for the Kiwis. His recent form in the 2025 Caribbean Premier League, where he amassed 396 runs in 10 innings, shows his consistency.
