The wicketkeeper-batter has been sensational in the international arena as well and has played many blistering knocks for his side. Salt has been part of 13 T20Is so far and smashed 245 runs at 161.18. He has the ability to take the attack to the opposition right from the get-go and many franchises could be interested in signing him at the auction.

One of the teams that could might an eye on the swashbuckling batter is Delhi Capitals. With The Ashes 2023 scheduled just after the 16th IPL edition, his availability for the lucrative T20 tournament could be in question. Moreover, Salt has safe pair of hands behind the stumps and could be a great backup for the team’s first-choice wicketkeeper Pant.
