4. Shikhar Dhawan (Punjab Kings)

The Punjab Kings have been able to perform relatively better performance in the ongoing IPL season. In tough conditions, they have managed to pick up victories, and with five wins in ten games, they are in contention to reach the playoffs. There is no doubt that Shikhar Dhawan, along with Sam Curran (who was their captain in Shikhar's absence), has been a great addition to their management.
Talking about management and leadership, Shikhar Dhawan showed the world that he still has the knack for playing knocks in critical situations. This happened during the 14th game of the season, where the Kings were put on to bat first. Within a few overs, the Punjab batting crumbled, and it was up to Dhawan to take them to a respectable score.
Dhawan was there till the last ball of the innings, and he scored a magnificent 99 runs from 66 balls. He smashed five sixes and 12 fours in his innings. The only support he received was from Sam Curran, who scored 22 runs from 15 balls.
