3. Trent Boult (Left-arm pacer)
Another player from that 2020-21 batch of Mumbai Indians. Trent Boult has been one of the marquee players for this franchise for the majority of the last decade. In 120 IPL matches in his career, Boult has picked up 143 wickets at an average of 26.20. The New Zealand pacer has also picked up seventh most wickets for MI ever, signifying his importance for the franchise.
He will form a deadly bowling pair with Jasprit Bumrah, and the Mumbai-based franchise will use him in the powerplays where he is known to pick up wickets with the new ball.
