IPL 2026: Top 3 Sunrisers Hyderabad bowlers to watch out for
There is no point in being able to score 220 plus when you do not have the bowling to defend those huge totals. The SRH bowling unit therefore has a huge role to play at the 2206 IPL.
2. Jaydev Unadkat (Left-arm Medium)
Jaydev Unadkat is a veteran of the IPL, having made 112 appearances in the tournament, taking 110 wickets along the way. The left-arm pacer will be competing in his third season in the SRH jersey in 2026. Unadkat had a decent tournament last time around, taking 11 wickets from seven games at a very respectable economy rate of 7.34.
His ability to stem the flow of runs and apply pressure seems to be ever-improving after a few difficult years in the IPL. In the most recent season of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Unadkat, representing Saurashtra, played seven games and took 12 wickets at an excellent economy rate of 6.71. The 34-year-old will be coming into the 2026 IPL with some major confidence boost from his domestic performances.
