4. Vidwath Kaverappa

Vidwath Kaverappa will look forward to getting his first IPL contract at the forthcoming auction. In this year's domestic tournaments, he has done wonders for Karnataka, notching up 18 wickets in eight games of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2022-23, at a dashing economy rate of 6.36.

With his phenomenal performance in the tournament, he also became the second-highest wicket-taker behind Siddarth Kaul. The 23-year-old carried the momentum in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022-23 as he amassed 17 wickets in eight matches at a spectacular economy rate of 3.53.

The Karnataka seamer has registered himself for the mini-auction at a base price of INR 20 lakhs and by virtue of his impressive bowling displays in back-to-back tournaments, he could start a bidding war among the franchises at the auction.
