4. Siddharth Kaul

A veteran of Indian domestic cricket, Siddharth Kaul has been part of IPL since 2013. He has 58 wickets in 55 matches, with 37 of them coming in only two IPL seasons in 2017 and 2018. While Kaul is a big-hearted player, his speed has gone down drastically in recent years.
This has led to franchises picking him as a backup player, instead of a first-choice option. However, IPL 2024 might see the teams moving on from the Punjab pacer with many younger and faster bowlers to choose from.
