Gujarat Giants’ cricketer Georgia Wareham is undoubtedly one of the overseas bowlers to keep an eye on this season. Wareham previously featured in the first three editions of the WPL for GG and Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women, where she delivered mixed but valuable performances. Ahead of WPL 2026, she returned to Gujarat Giants and made an immediate impact.

In the opening match against UP Warriorz Women, Wareham produced a match-winning performance and was deservedly named Player of the Match. She contributed with both bat and ball, picking up figures of 2/30 while also smashing an unbeaten 27 runs off just 10 balls. Her all-round display highlighted her current form and underlined the threat she poses to opposition teams throughout the season.
