"If you look at that bowling attack and you watch them operate, it is a very strong bowling attack. Any team in the world would want an attack like that, to be honest," the Sri Lankan coach said.

Chris Silverwood, Sri Lanka head coach, believes that India have the best bowling attack, stating any team would want an attack the same as theirs. Sri Lanka will be facing India in their seventh match of the ongoing ICC Men's Cricket World Cup at the iconic Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on November 2, Thursday.
India are favourites heading into the game as the Rohit Sharma-led side is currently leading the points table, having won all six games they have played so far. Meanwhile, Sri Lanka are languishing in the seventh position with two wins and four losses.
"If you look at that bowling attack and you watch them operate, it is a very strong bowling attack. I think any team in the world would want an attack like that, to be honest," the coach told the media during Sri Lanka's training session.

He went on to say that facing India will be a big challenge for his men and backed them to push themselves to overcome "a very good bowling attack".
"But we see that as a great challenge for our guys. We see it as an opportunity to go out and play against the best and see, I mean, pit ourselves against that. But there is no hiding it is a very good bowling attack," he added.
The defeat in the Asia Cup will give motivation to the boys: Chris Silverwood
Silverwood further stated that Sri Lanka will be highly motivated after a defeat in the Asia Cup final against the same opponents in Colombo. The 48-year-old added that India have demonstrated some exceptional performances so far in the tournament and it is a huge opportunity for Sri Lanka to prove their worth when they take on one of the formidable sides in the ongoing competition.
"I would rather hope that the defeat in the Asia Cup would give more motivation to the boys to come out and obviously fight, show plenty of spirit and get stuck in to the Indian side.
"They are a very good side — we know that — we have seen them play some superb cricket this tournament so far. But I think it is a good opportunity for our boys to show what they are made of as well. Hopefully, the defeat in the Asia Cup will give motivation to the boys," the former England cricketer concluded.
