Asia Cup 2025: Tickets for IND vs PAK clash go live
Organisers have confirmed that a limited number of standalone tickets for this marquee encounter will be released today at 5 PM (GST) on Platinum List.
The Asia Cup 2025 organizers have confirmed that a limited number of standalone tickets for the marquee encounter between India and Pakistan went live on Tuesday, September 2 on Platinum List. Until now, fans could only purchase tickets for the game as part of a seven-match package priced from AED1,400, but for the first time, individual tickets for the blockbuster match will now be available.
Alongside the India-Pakistan tickets, organizers have also unveiled three new ticket packages, priced between AED 475 and AED 525. These packages include bundled entry to a selection of group-stage matches, Super Four fixtures, and the final, giving fans the chance to experience multiple high-profile contests during the tournament with a single purchase.
To further accommodate demand, tickets will also be available in the coming days at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium and Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi box offices. This move is expected to ease the ticket rush while ensuring fans do not miss out on the biggest clashes of the Asia Cup.
Ticket package details
Amount | Matches included in package |
AED 475 | India vs UAE, Pakistan vs Oman, India vs Pakistan |
AED 525 | Super Fours (three games) |
AED 525 | Super Fours (A2 vs B2, A1 vs B1) and Final |
The overall ticketing strategy continues to emphasize affordability, with entry-level tickets starting at AED 40 for Abu Dhabi matches and AED 50 for Dubai matches. This approach ensures a wide base of cricket enthusiasts, from local residents to travelling fans, can soak in the electric atmosphere of Asia’s premier cricketing event, which is set to be played in the T20 format.
Unsurprisingly, the announcement has already ignited excitement across the UAE’s South Asian expat community. For many Indian and Pakistani supporters in the Emirates, the clash is set to invite a huge flow of fans to enjoy one of the fiercest rivalries in the sport.
India to train at ICC Academy
Meanwhile, preparations on the field are well underway. Pakistan, Afghanistan, and UAE are currently competing in a tri-series in Sharjah, fine-tuning their combinations ahead of the main tournament. India’s 15-member squad, led by Suryakumar Yadav, will assemble in Dubai on September 4, marking a shift from the usual tradition of first gathering in Mumbai. Players will join directly from their home cities, with their first training session scheduled for September 5 at the ICC Academy in the capital city.
