Speaking of series, India are currently trailing 2-1. They ended on the wrong side of the result in the series-opener at Headingley as the hosts emerged victorious by five wickets. India bounced back in style and registered an iconic 336-run win at Edgbaston in the second match on the back of an exceptional display of batting from skipper Shubman Gill. However, they lost a nail-biter at Lord's by 22 runs to concede the lead.
The visitors will be aiming to level the series at Old Trafford. The fourth Test is scheduled to get underway on Wednesday, July 23. Gill did not have a particularly good outing with the bat in the third match. A lot of focus will be placed on his batting performance and how he manages the team on the field.
