Adil Rashid surpassed Graeme Swann to become England's leading spin wicket-taker during the second ODI of the three-match series between England and West Indies at the Sophia Gardens in Cardiff. The crafty leg-spinner ended his spell with a four-wicket haul to his name (4/63 in 10 overs).
Ahead of the game, Rashid was at 408 wickets (60 in Tests, 217 in ODIs, and 131 in T20Is). He eclipsed Swann's tally (410 wickets in 178 internationals) after he secured his third wicket in the form of Gudakesh Motie.

Other than Motie (18 off nine), Rashid's wickets were Brandon King (59 off 67), Shimron Hetmyer (four off four), and Alzarri Joseph (10 off three). England ended up bowling West Indies out for 308 in 47.4 overs. Saqib Mahmood (3/37 in 9.4 overs) was quite impressive too.

Speaking of the first innings, Keacy Carty (103 off 105) top-scored for the Men in Maroon. Skipper, Shai Hope, and Brandon King contributed with 78 (66) and 59 (67), respectively. West Indies are coming off a crushing 238-run defeat in the series opener.
