Mumbai, led by Shardul Thakur, will be opening their Vijay Hazare campaign in the Elite Group C fixture against Sikkim on December 24 in Jaipur. They will then face Chhattisgarh at the same venue a couple of days later. India, on the other hand, will be starting the ODI series against the BlackCaps on January 11, 2026 with matches to played in Vadodara, Rajkot, and Indore.
