The Indian under-19 team is currently in South Africa, playing a tri-series involving the under-19 teams of Afghanistan and the Proteas.
The first game was between India and Afghanistan and it took place at the Old Edwardians Cricket Club A Ground, in Johannesburg, on Friday, December 29. 19-year-old Indian left-arm spinner Saumy Pandey bagged a hat-trick in the encounter, as he dismissed Jamshid Zadran, Numan Shah, and Rahimullah Zurmati off consecutive deliviers in the 17th over of the first innings.
