Jagadeesha Suchith, Prashant Chopra and Bhupen Lalwani have made a move to Uttarakhand ahead of the 2025/26 domestic season. The trio will kick off their stint by featuring in the upcoming Uttarakhand Premier League.

The Mysore-born Suchith represented home state Karnataka before playing for Nagaland. He made his first appearance in domestic cricket in April 2014 in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Suchith then went onto make his List A and First-Class debuts in the seasons to come. Although Suchith represented Nagaland for only one season, it was a highly successful one as he picked 43 wickets in six FC matches and was the leading wicket-taker in the Plate Group.

Chopra, now 32, debuted for Himachal Pradesh as an 18-year-old in February 2011. Unlike Suchith, Chopra has represented Himachal all through his domestic career until now. He scored 171 against Uttarakhand last season, while his overall tally in season was 386 runs in seven FC matches. He has played 81 red-ball games so far, amassing 5093 runs. Chopra has also played 103 List A and 70 T20s where he has scored 4012 and 2035 runs, respectively.

As for Lalwani, his domestic career kicked off in January 2020. He has played for Mumbai and Chhattisgarh so far. The top-order batter moved to Chhattisgarh ahead of the 2024-25 season. He played only a couple of FC matches for them. All in all, he has played 16 FC and three List A games until now. Lalwani averages 31.90 and 29.33 in the two formats, respectively.
