Virat Kohli has broken the internet time and again with his on-field antics. On Saturday, December 6, during the third ODI between India and South Africa at the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam, the legendary batter took Temba Bavuma's catch off Ravindra Jadeja's bowling and imitated his walk.

Bavuma played cautiously during his 48-run knock off 67, coming in to bat in the first over itself after Arshdeep Singh dismissed Ryan Rickelton for a duck. The South African captain had forged a solid 113-run stand off 121 balls with Quinton de Kock.

India were in need of a wicket to get back into the contest. Jadeja provided that in the last ball of the 21st over of the match. The left-arm spinner dangled a delivery outside off-stump, enticing Bavuma to play a drive. The diminutive batter only managed to slice it to Kohli at backward point. Kohli made no mistake in taking the simple catch, but after the dismissal, he decided to celebrate it uniquely.

The former India captain mimicked Bavuma's walking style, leaving his teammates in splits. The spectators took some time to figure out what Kohli was doing, but once they caught on, they reacted with loud cheers.

The Men in Blue knew the importance of the wicket, as Bavuma has been a thorn in their sides in recent times.

Prasidh Krishna brings India back into the game with double strike

Prasidh Krishna conceded 27 runs in two overs in his first spell. However, stand-in captain KL Rahul brought him back for his second spell in the 27th over. The right-arm seamer gave away just two runs in his first over.

Taking confidence from this, Krishna got the better of Matthew Breetzke in his following over. He got the in-form batter out LBW, with a ball that came back in after pitching. Four balls later, Krishna dismissed Aiden Markram, who chipped a good length delivery straight to Virat Kohli at cover.

From 168/2, the away side slumped to 170/4 at the end of the 29th over. They will need to rebuild, and the good thing is that the well-set Quinton de Kock is still at the crease.
