West Indies to host Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Pakistan during 2026 home season
Cricket West Indies (CWI) have branded their upcoming home season under the name of “WI OUTSIDE.”
The West Indies are set to host Sri Lanka, Pakistan and New Zealand as part of their 2026 home season, commencing from June 3. The tours include four Test matches, two against Sri Lanka and Pakistan, forming part of the 2025-27 World Test Championship.
Out of the three tours, only the series against Sri Lanka includes matches across all three formats. The Lankans are set to travel to the Windies for almost a month, where they will compete in three One Day Internationals (ODIs), three T20Is and two Test matches. The entire white-ball leg of the tour will take place at the Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica, before moving to Antigua & Barbuda for the Tests.
Days after completing their series against Sri Lanka, the West Indies will welcome New Zealand for a five-match ODI series as part of their preparations ahead of the 2027 ICC Cricket World Cup.
West Indies will end their home season with two Test matches against Pakistan, with both games set to take place in Trinidad and Tobago.
Cricket West Indies (CWI) have branded their upcoming home season under the name of “WI OUTSIDE.” This initiative aims to bring more cricket fans through the turnstiles and support their national team, whilst bringing the flair and passion of the Caribbean, something unique to the region.
"West Indies cricket has always been about more than what happens on the field. It is about people, passion, culture, pride, and the unmatched energy that comes alive when our fans rally behind the maroon. WI OUTSIDE! is a celebration of that spirit and an invitation to every cricket fan and proud West Indian to come out, fill the stands, wave their flags, and create the kind of atmosphere that makes West Indies cricket special We want this summer to feel like a movement across the region, where fans are fully engaged with the team and part of the experience every step of the way,” CWI chief executive Chris Dehring said.
