Cricket West Indies (CWI) recently came forward to announce the squad of their women’s team for their upcoming tour to Pakistan. The 15-member squad was announced for the tour in April-May 2024, and the series will comprise five T20 Internationals (T20Is) and three One Day Internationals (ODIs).

It is worth noting that Kate Wilmott has been called up to the squad for the first time, and it is all owed to her performances in the CG United Women’s Super50 Cup and T20 Blaze tournaments. Furthermore, after missing out on the side’s previous tour to Australia in 2023, Qiana Joseph and Chedean Nation have also been called up to the squad.

The multi-format series will kick off with three ODIs between West Indies women and Pakistan women. The ODIs are scheduled to be played on April 18, 21, and 23.

After the three-game ODI series, both sides will lock horns in five T20I matches, which will be played on April 26, 28, 30, and May 2, 3. Travelling to Pakistan, the West Indies will anticipate a series of tough clashes against the side.
