Your approach has to be clear against Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah: Gautam Gambhir

Team India is all set to take on Pakistan in match 3 of the Asia Cup 2023. Both sides will be facing each other on Saturday, September 2, and it would be interesting to see which side comes out on top in the forthcoming clash. One of the most anticipated clashes in the game would be that between the Indian batters and Pakistan’s bowling attack.

Speaking of the same, former Indian batter Gautam Gambhir came forward to opine that the Indian batters should look to take the attack to the opposition instead of looking to survive. 

"Rohit Sharma and Shubman Gill, your approach has to be clear against Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah. Look at scoring runs, not surviving. When you score runs, you are in better rhythm and have better backlift and footwork," Gambhir said on Star Sports' Game Plan.
