The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Carlos Brathwaite, who recently lost his T20I captaincy for the West Indies, is having a rather tough time in the month of November. Gautam Gambhir, the former Indian cricketer, wished one and all on the festival of Chhat Puja. The southpaw, who is currently an MP from the East Delhi constituency, posted a few pictures from the auspicious occasion. KL Rahul was happy after getting back into the Indian team for the T20I series versus Bangladesh.
The Karnataka batsman shared a picture from the practice session ahead of the opening T20I at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. Kevin Pietersen was happy after embarking on another holiday. Veteran Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan turned 54 years old and he was greeted with wishes from every nook and corner of the country. Even the cricketing fraternity wished in on the special day. The likes of Kuldeep Yadav, Sachin Tendulkar and Umesh Yadav posted pictures with the legendary actor.
Saeed Ajmal was over the moon after Pakistan Women beat Bangladesh Women by 29 runs in the opening ODI at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Jasprit Bumrah, who is recovering from a stress fracture on his lower back, shared a video where he can been working hard. Ajinkya Rahane, the vice-captain of the Indian Test team, shared a picturesque photo. Wasim Jaffer shared a picture of the Indian Oil Team back in 2006-07, involving the pictures of Rohit Sharma and Cheteshwar Pujara.
