The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Kainat Imtiaz, the Pakistan women’s all-rounder, posted a picture where he was sitting inside the car with the masks on. She delivered the message that wearing masks helps protect the other persons. David Warner, the Australian left-handed batsman, called his wife Candice ‘a lucky woman’. In the last few months during the coronavirus pandemic, Warner posted a lot of videos on Tik-Tok with his spouse to keep in touch with his fans. Recently, he asked the Indian people to respect the government’s decision of banning 59 Chinese applications after 20 Indian soldiers died.

Shikhar Dhawan, the Indian opening batsman, posted a stylish picture along with wife Ayesha Dhawan. Dhawan has had a topsy-turvy year due to injuries and poor form. KL Rahul shared a video where he can be seen in a Formula One outfit. Harbhajan Singh, the veteran Indian spinner, was amazed with a kid’s football skills. Suresh Raina and Rishabh Pant posted videos where they were seen, taking an ice-bath. Indian actor Amitabh Bachchan was diagnosed with COVID-19.

The cricketing fraternity wished him a speedy recovery. Mushfiqur Rahim, the Bangladesh wicketkeeeper, has been working very hard to keep himself fit in the pandemic situation. On most days, he has posted videos where has been running on the streets, fields and treadmills. Gautam Gambhir wished former Indian fast bowler Munaf Patel on his birthday. Munaf was a part of the Indian squad in the 2007 and 2011 World Cup.
