The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of incidents. Like most days in the last few weeks, even on Saturday, the focus was mostly on the deadly coronavirus. Bangladesh’s tour of Ireland in May also got postponed. The itinerary had three ODIs and four T20Is. The COVID-19 cases and death tolls are showing no signs of slowing down. Self-isolation and avoiding mass gatherings have been advised on a regular basis. Amidst the global lockdown, the cricketers have found ways to keep themselves engaged. Mumbai fast bowler Dhawal Kulkarni posted a video on Twitter, making people aware of the importance of hygiene.
