Cricketing trends in Twitter today began with England batsman Jonny Bairstow giving one and all an update on the weather. It was raining as it always does in Edgbaston while Jos Buttler received his first ever Lancashire cap. Buttler, who had impressed quite a bit in the ODI series against India was certain as he convinced the Test selection committee to pick him for the Test series as well.
