The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. David Warner, the Australian batsman, posted a picture of his sketch sent to him by a fan. Warner is currently gearing up for the third Test against India, scheduled to get underway on January 7 at the Sydney Cricket Ground. The left-hander suffered a groin injury and has already missed the first two Tests in Adelaide and Melbourne.

Hardik Pandya posted an adorable picture with his wife Natasa Stankovic and their son Agastya. Steve Smith geared up for the Boxing Day Test, but he got out for a duck to Indian off-spinner Ravi Ashwin. Yuvraj Singh posted a video where he can be seen celebrating Christmas by playing some golf. In the meantime, Virender Sehwag was happy with Ajinkya Rahane’s style of captaincy.
