The cricketing trends on social media revolved around a number of events. Vinod Kambli, the former Indian cricketer, remembered an occasion when his father gifted him his first bat in 1987. Andile Phelukwayo, the South African all-rounder, is all set to play for the Cape Town Blitz in the second edition of the Mzansi Super League (MSL). Krunal Pandya posted an adorable picture along with brother Hardik and Jasprit Bumrah. The latter won’t be returning before next month, but will be available for the New Zealand series.

Sanju Samson was re-instated into the Indian team after Shikhar Dhawan was ruled out the West Indies T20Is owing to a knee injury. He posted a picture where he can be seen, working hard in the gymnasium. Samson didn’t get to play a single T20I against Bangladesh and was then dropped from the squad itself. Virat Kohli, the skipper of the Indian national team, posted a picture with wife Anushka Sharma.

The power couple went for a movie outing after the Delhi-born Virat came back from his India duty. In the meantime, Australia and Pakistan are all set to lock horns in the Day-Night Test at the Adelaide Oval, scheduled to get underway on Friday, November 28. The likes of Ramiz Raja and Michael Vaughan seemed excited for the pink-ball Tests under the lights. The Aussies won the Brisbane Test by an innings and five runs.
