The cricketing trends on Monday circulated around cricketers who kept prompting the citizens of India to go and utilize their voting rights. The multi-phased elections are progressing quite smoothly as it stands and people are hoping for it continue the same way till the end. Cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar, Iqbal Abdullah, and also Shoaib Akhtar urged the Indian public to go and vote for their leader of choice.

It has been an intense week of cricket for all the IPL fans. While we saw some mind-boggling striking from the likes of Hardik Pandya, Andre Russell and AB de Villiers, we also saw Chennai Super Kings confirm their status in the playoffs of the tournament, yet again. It’s just a walk in the park for them and joining them in the playoffs already are the Delhi Capitals, who continued their impressive run.

While the Mumbai Indians, as it stands, are on top to go through among the remaining teams, we can never predict what can happen. The Sunrisers Hyderabad, Kings XI Punjab, Rajasthan Royals and Kolkata Knight Riders are very much in the hunt, whilst Royal Challengers Bangalore chase a mere mathematical possibility. The tournament is all but over for them after they lost their 8th game of the season.

While David Warner will be playing his final game of this season for SRH and will leave a huge void in the camp before leaving, Andre Russell celebrates his birthday with the KKR management.
