Here's how the cricketing fraternity spent their day on social media.

The cricketing trends on social media today revolved around the different events throughout where the cricketing fraternity expressed themselves. Sri Lanka cricketers were delighted as their Deaf team won the T2o World Cup by beating India in the title clash by a massive 36 runs. The likes of Dimuth Karunaratne, Mahela Jayawardene and Chaminda Vaas lauded the team for their achievement even as the senior national team isn’t been doing well this year.
Meanwhile, most of them worried about Prithvi Shaw, India’s 19-year-old sensation, who twisted his ankle during the warm-up game between Cricket Australia XI and India. He had to be carried off from the SCG by the team physio and the other member from the support staff. He has now been ruled out of the first Test of the four-match series which will be played in Adelaide from December 6.
Aftab Alam was celebrating his 26th birthday today as several Afghanistan cricketers wished the fast bowlers on the special occasion. Even Rashid Khan, who is currently playing for the Maratha Arabians in Sharjah, had a special wish for his team mate on his special day. Subramaniam Badrinath was delighted to see his name at the sixth position in the highest run-getter of the Indian domestic cricket.
