The cricketing trends on social media today saw the cricketers from all over the world interact with their followers across platforms. Subramaniam Badrinath was delighted to announce that he was appointed the head coach of Karaikudi for the upcoming Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) this year. He was recently working with Star Sports covering the Indian Premier League (IPL) which was won by the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for the third time in eleven years.

Mahela Jayawardene loved representing the ICC Cricket Committee in the last few days and was happy that some of the discussions were really productive towards the betterment of the game. Sam Billings was enjoying playing EA Sports Fifa after returning home post the IPL. He played for CSK in the tournament who evenutally won the coveted title. Chris Gayle continued posting his pictures during his free time from cricket as he gears up for the charity game at Lord’s on Thursday.

Tymal Mills was delighted to share the dressing room with Rashid Khan ahead of the charity game at the Home of Cricket against the Windies. The funds raised from the game will be used in developing the damaged stadia in the Carribean islands during the Hurricanes last year. Deepak Chahar thanked everyone for following and supporting CSK during the IPL as they won the competition. He was one of the biggest positives of the season for the Men in Yellow and opened the bowling more often than not.
