Cricketing trends in Twitter today began with tweets pouring in regarding the World T20 and the conclusion of the Sheffield Shield. The tweets initially began with David Lloyd enjoying the Women’s T20 semifinal between arch-rivals England and Australia. Despite being on the losing end, Bumble certainly enjoyed himself. In India, Lendl Simmons cleared customs to make his way into the subcontinent and to the West Indies team hotel in Mumbai. Kevin Pietersen and wife Jessica Taylor went out on a dinner date as Ian ‘Beefy’ Botham gave the young Justin Bieber some singing tips. David Willey and Chris Gayle showcased their excitement to be featuring in the semifinal of the World T20.
