Cricketing trends in Twitter began with Indian batting sensation Ajinkya Rahane receiving the haircut that had been long overdue. Kevin Pietersen did a quick pose as ‘Darth Vader’ before his best friend Shane Warne shared a memory of leading the Rajasthan Royals to victory in the inaugural edition of the Indian Premier League all those years ago in 2008. It was also a day for the youth, as Shikhar Dhawan made a quick visit to a cricket academy while former Indian and South African coach Gary Kirsten spent some quality time with the youngsters in Dubai. Charlotte Edwards inducted her friend Lydia Greenway into retirement as the Warners took some time off their tight schedule to visit the M&M store in Hyderabad. The legends, Anil Kumble, Mahela Jayawardene and Rahul Dravid had a nice lunch at Lords while Stuart Broad spent some time with his dogs in the haven of his house.
