Find of the series for Pakistan in the Sri Lanka series, opener Imam-ul-Haq is now in the limelight for his shocking reply to beautiful female journalist Fazeela Saba’s tweet.

After smashing an impressive ton on his debut against Sri Lanka in the third ODI on October 18, the entire cricketing fraternity heaped praises for the young southpaw.

The inning of 100 which came off just 125 balls while chasing a modest 209 was a befitting reply to his critics who accused Cheif Selector Inzamam-ul-Haq of favouritism for electing his nephew into the team.

Imam’s glorious innings contained 5 boundaries and a couple of sixes which silenced all the voices which doubted the youngster’s ability and gathered a lot of attention post his match-winning innings which helped Pakistan clinch the series.

However, off the field, Imam started to receive all sorts of attention from the media and journos included the gorgeous Fazeela Sabha. Shortly after the match, Saba took to Twitter to applaud the efforts of Imam. “Century on debut what an achievement Imam ul Haq ??? #PAKvSL” tweeted the journo.

In reply to the tweet, Imam-ul-Haq tweeted “Thnx fazeela aunty ??”. This shocked the female journalist as she replied him with an emoji depicting shock.

Here’s the thread:

With the Pakistani whitewash over Sri Lanka in the 5-match ODI series, Saba took to Twitter yet again applaud Pakistan’s find of the series along with a picture of the bespectacled man himself. “Undoubtedly the hero of the series our very own @ImamUlHaq12 congrats from your aunty ?”

“Yes, I am the uncle of Imam ul Haq. I have selected 15 players for the one-day team but everyone is focusing only on Imam. He has been performing in the domestic circuit,” justified Inzamam-ul-Haq prior to the start of the series according to his interview with Geo News.
