Pakistan didn’t make an impressive start to their Asia Cup campaign, defeating Hong Kong by eight wickets at Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Their bowlers were clinical and the batsmen chased the target down without much fuss. However, the second match against India at the same venue turned out to be equivalent to a nightmare for Sarfraz Ahmed and Co.

After winning the toss and electing to bat, very few aspects went right for the Men in Green. Bhuvneshwar Kumar jolted them with a couple of early blows in the form of Fakhar Zaman and Imam-ul-Haq. Thereafter, Shoaib Malik and Babar Azam steadied the ship with an 82-run stand. But Kuldeep Yadav produced an absolute corker to get rid of the right-handed Babar.

Durex comes up with a hilarious post

Part-time off-break bowler Kedar Jadhav is known as India’s man with the golden arm and he didn’t let his captain Rohit Sharma and the Indian team down by any means. The tweaker dismissed Sarfraz, the Pakistani captain, Asif Ali, and Shadab Khan to rip the heart out of the middle-order. Faheem Ashraf and Mohammad Amir fought hard, but could only get their team up to 162.

Moreover, they were bowled out 41 balls short of their 50 overs. The run chase turned out to be a doddle for Rohit’s men as they tracked down the target with 21 overs to spare. The captain’s breezy 39-ball 52 took the sting out of the reputed Pakistani bowling attack. In the meantime, Durex, a renowned condom manufacturing company, poked fun at Sarfraz’s side for getting dismissed early.

Quite often, the company has come up with creative posts and it wasn’t any different this time around. It took a dig at Pakistan’s poor show with the willow. They took to Twitter and wrote, “Oh that was quick; last longer in the game”
