Dwayne Bravo gives a fitting response to a fan who called him 'sh**ty'

There are certain players who are known to be brilliant when it comes to the T20 format and Dwayne Bravo is one of them. He has been exceptional to say the least in the shortest form of the game and has bamboozled many with his death overs bowling. But is he better than David Warner? Well, the question has been raised due to the ongoing poll for the greatest T20 cricketer and the tussle is between these two players in the round of 16.

Both the players are beyond comparison as they are the best in their own departments. Warner has been one of the best when it comes to batting at the top of the order especially in the T20s. His amicable consistency in the Indian Premier League (IPL) while playing for the Sunrisers Hyderabad has left many stunned. The southpaw has amassed 848, 641 and 692 runs in the last three seasons and add to it, 528 and 562 runs in IPL 2014 and 2015 respectively.

No wonder, these are some amazing batting stats in a format where consistency is rarely found. And when the voting on ESPNCricinfo for the round of 16 began, a fan highlighted all these numbers of the Australia opener. But then he took a dig at Bravo stating that the Caribbean all-rounder has done nothing in the last 10 IPL seasons and called him ‘sh**ty”.

Dwayne Bravo recalls his T20 titles

But the fan supposed to have missed the catch that it is not only about the IPL stats. The poll is going on about the greatest T20 cricketer and Dwayne Bravo has won a plethora of titles while playing for different teams across many T20 leagues. He has been playing for the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for the last few years under MS Dhoni and delivering constantly for them.

He has won two IPL titles while with the CSK and also reminded the fan that he has been the part of 3 Caribbean Premier League (CPL), 1 Champions League, 1 Pakistan Super League (PSL), Big Bash League (BBL) and Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) title winning sides over the years.

While it will be interesting to see who wins the poll eventually as the fans will vote for their respective favourites, Dwayne Bravo has surely won the hearts with this response.
